Return Policy

Return Policy:

1. Due to the nature of the products listed on our website ALL SALES ARE FINAL after 30 days from the day you purchase. 

2. You must provide invoice number to get your RMA number before returning merchandise. Returns can be made within 3 days of delivery. 

3. You must contact IDO Tactical. via e-mail prior to returning products. NO EXCEPTIONS! Products must be in UNUSED, WORKING condition with original package. Otherwise, your package will be refused. 

4. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking charge. 

5. A copy of your invoice or packaging slip and return form must accompany all returns. 

6. Due to the nature of our product, all Armor Plates sales are final. No returns are accepted after the order has been placed. Please contact us prior to placing your order to address any concerns or questions.
