Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY: 
1. All orders require 1-2 business days (After receipt of payment AND NO SHIPPING on the weekend or holiday) to be processed for in-stock items regardless of our standard shipping.
2. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm orders with; Mismatched addresses (Billing different from Shipping), or Credit Card holder mismatch (Name on Card different from name of Recipient), before the item(s) ship. Please do so by emailing IDO Tactical. At idotacticalusa@gmail.com with your order number, order amount, items of your order, billing address, shipping address. 
3. Our standard shipping does not guarantee delivery time. Transit time varies depending on your location and nature of transit. 
4. Our standard shipping does not deliver on weekends or holidays regardless of shipping method chosen. 
5. Any orders we receive back from our standard shipping regarding missing or incorrect information provided by the customer will be charged again for the full cost of re-shipping the order. 
6. All orders containing holiday season may require 10 business days to before being shipped. 
7. IDO Tactical. Free ships will only apply to the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and Outside of US addresses). A tracking number will be automatically e-mailed to your Paypal registered e-mail account once item is shipped out. 
8. IDO Tactical does not do will-call orders. No local pick up. All orders placed online will be shipped to the specified billing address. No Exceptions. 

IMPORTANT TACTICAL GEAR & AIRSOFT SHIPPING INFORMATION: 
1. The item will be shipped via our standard shipping service. 
2. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and Outside of US at this moment; DO NOT BUY it if you are in above location. 
3. Adult Signature may be required in order for the package to be delivered (we do this in order to prevent minors from purchasing airsoft guns without their parents authorization) 
4. Due to certain US City Laws, we cannot and WILL NOT Ship to the Following Places: Chicago IL, Johnson City TN, and Washington DC.
